IAOB and SMMT, global leaders in the automotive industry, faced a critical challenge: their training materials reached only English-speaking members. This limited accessibility, reduced engagement, and made it difficult to deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences across multiple regions.
We built a tailored localization strategy. Training materials were translated into 14 languages using expert translators and AI-powered tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and speed. We localized content for cultural relevance, integrated interactive elements like quizzes and case studies, and created a centralized repository to keep materials updated and scalable. Rigorous quality checks and pilot testing ensured every detail met global standards.
Accessibility expanded dramatically, with training now reaching thousands of additional members in their native languages. Engagement rates soared, completion rates improved, and members praised the relatable and easy-to-understand content.
