SMMT & IAOB - Training videos for conducting IATF 16949 audits.

We created a series of training videos for the IAOB and SMMT. These videos are designed to help auditors quickly learn how to improve their auditing skills and techniques when conducting audits to IATF 16949, the global Quality Management System standard for the supply chain for the automotive sector.

Our team traveled to warehouse in Estonia to capture footage for our client.

We worked systematically with our client to produce 140+ videos of their warehouse facilities in multiple locations.

We also manage their YouTube channel and ensure a new video is uploaded every week! The channel has since grown to amass over 5k subscribers in 3 years.

Auditors from around the world can watch easy to digest videos on how to conduct IATF 16949 audits. These videos are circulated on social media channels as well as YouTube. Since the onset of Covid-19 they have proved useful in helping auditors adjust to remote auditing processes too.
