About Training Series

IATF16949 places even more emphasis on employee and internal/second party auditor understanding of the relevant Automotive Core Tools, namely APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP.

Evidence has shown that this is a common area for nonconformities in external third party audits to IATF 16949, with over 20,000 nonconformities raised globally in 2016 related to lack of effective implementation of the tools!

For organizations to release people for training for a day or more is becoming increasing difficult.

Quality Partner has developed a set of 11 short videos (each between 10 and 18 minutes) to provide a great tool to help organization raise knowledge of the tools in short teach points.

Who This Training Is For

The videos are suitable for anybody in an organization who uses or interfaces with any of the tools, including operators, supervisors, quality engineers, managers, and internal/second party auditors.

To provide evidence of understanding/competence, for those purchasing access to the full set of videos, they will have access to a short test of understanding for each video, for personnel to attempt on completion of watching the video. This test can be marked internally within your organization and maintained as documented information for internal or external audit purposes.

To receive the copies of the tests of understanding after purchasing the videos, please mail paul.hardiman@qualitypartner. co.uk
