Who are Quality Partner?

Quality Partner is the training and consultancy business of Paul Hardiman, who has spent 30 years in automotive quality: in industry, in the audit, and in the classroom training third-party auditors. His knowledge of IATF 16949, the Core Tools and the ISO management system standards is in steady demand across the supply chain.

The challenge

Classroom training scales with the trainer's diary. Every course Paul delivered in person meant time away from consultancy and a fixed number of seats. Quality managers and auditors also need training they can fit around production, in short sessions, rather than days out of the plant.

Paul needed a platform that sold his courses directly, kept his own straight-talking delivery, and could grow course by course without a rebuild each time.

What we built

• The course library. We filmed and edited Paul's courses as short, practical video lessons. The portal went live with 6 courses and 45 lessons, 8 hours 43 minutes of training: Automotive Core Tools, The Total Audit Process, DFMEA, PFMEA, ISO 9001/14001/45001, and IATF Auditing.
• The platform. We built the portal on Webflow with Memberstack handling membership and payment, so each course sells as its own plan and members keep one login across every course. Courses, modules and lessons sit in a content management system, so a new course is a content task rather than a development project.
• A free course as the front door. When ISO 9001:2026 was announced, we released a free course on the key changes from ISO 9001:2015. It gives quality professionals a reason to create an account and introduces them to Paul's paid courses.
• Community. Each course and topic page carries a members' discussion thread where learners ask Paul questions directly, with reply notifications on by default.
• Measurement. We connected sign-ups and purchases to Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager, so Quality Partner can see which channels produce members and buyers.
